Common questions

Answers to common questions about booking, the first visit, and assessment.

The first session usually lasts 45–60 minutes so we can cover history, anthropometry, available tests, and an initial direction. Exact timing is confirmed when you book.
By phone or WhatsApp using the numbers on the site, by email, or online if an active “Book online” link is shown.
Yes — teleconsultation is available by arrangement, especially for follow-up or when an in-person visit is impractical. We will tell you what is needed technically when you get in touch.
Recent lab results (if any), a list of medicines/supplements, and — if you keep one — a short 2–3 day food log. Not required; it helps the assessment.
Fees depend on session type (first / follow-up, in-person / tele). We do not publish a fixed price list here — ask when booking for clear information before you commit.
